Terms of use
Last updated October 3, 2026
Stonkspot (stonkspot.fun) is a website that lets you interact with smart contracts on BNB Chain. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use the site.
What Stonkspot is
- An interface to public, open-source smart contracts. Transactions are signed by you, in your own wallet. We never hold your funds or keys.
- Coins launched here are memecoins created by their users. They are paired with a market (a stock, ETF, commodity or crypto) only to decide when their jackpot pays. They give no ownership of, claim on or exposure to that market, its issuer or any security.
- Stonkspot is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any company whose ticker, name or price appears on the site. Tickers are shown to identify markets.
Risks
- Memecoins are highly speculative. Their price can go to zero. Only use money you can afford to lose.
- Jackpots are random. Buying tickets does not guarantee any payout. A ticket is void if you sell or send the coin before the draw.
- Smart contracts, price feeds (Chainlink), randomness (Chainlink VRF), BNB Chain, PancakeSwap and wallets can fail or behave unexpectedly.
- Anyone can launch a coin, including with misleading names or images. Check what you buy.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for complying with the laws of your country, including any rules on games of chance, securities and taxes. Do not use Stonkspot where that is illegal.
- You will not use Stonkspot to launch coins that impersonate people or companies, infringe rights, or defraud others.
The site
We may hide coins from the site's lists (for example impersonation or abuse). Hiding a coin does not change anything on-chain. The site is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses from using it or the contracts.
